As I grew up, my father and grandfather ran their own businesses. Coming from this family of entrepreneurs, I learned the value of hard work and the pride of ownership.

After working for others in the general contracting business, I decided to take that knowledge to start my own contracting business as a subcontractor in Kansas City. IBC launched in 2009.

IBC originated with commercial carpentry, and when the KC Streetcar project needed traffic control and flaggers, I saw an opportunity to fill the need. Our company's reputation and capabilities have expanded to include pavement marking, and long-term traffic control projects.  

IBC has expanded to include Traffic Controls around the state of Missouri. Our commitment to excellence means we provide qualified, state-of-the-art equipment for the best traffic safety services. The team works diligently to provide high Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards while completing jobs on time and within budget.

The loyalty and dedication of the team is the reason for IBC's success. We take pride in Team IBC, and our respect and camaraderie create a first-class team.

One woman can do great things, and when coupled with a dedicated team, we can move mountains, granite, or whatever the construction finish may be.
